Our founders started APS because they know, from personal experience, how important it is to have dependable transportation when living with a disability. We are proud to offer services that are safe, convenient, and personalized for every client.
Inspired by Jamaica’s Disabilities Act
We are inspired every day by the Jamaica Disabilities Act, which became fully active in February 2022. This important law protects the rights of people with disabilities—giving them better access to education, jobs, healthcare, and public spaces. It also makes it illegal to treat people unfairly because of their disabilities.
In 2025, Jamaica began reviewing the Act to make it even stronger. The goal is to raise awareness and make sure everyone can enjoy full participation in society.
